We deliver to cities and towns all over India where trusted courier services are available. We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the Zip Code and Phone number in order to make the delivery process smooth & efficient. We ship to most countries overseas. The shipping rates are dynamic. The more products you order the lower the shipping cost per product.
SHIPPING IN INDIA
We offer free shipping of our products to be delivered within Tamil Nadu and Kerala for orders whose total value is above Rs.12,000. We charge 100/- per product within Tamil Nadu and Kerala if the order value is below 12000/-we charge 300/- per product for shipping for rest of India irrespective of the order value. Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require ordered products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us at sales@aaranyashop.com. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.
TRANSIT TIME
We ship all orders through fastest possible & reputed courier services who deliver within 3-7 working days (post dispatch) or more depending on the location inside India. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service. For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-8 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.
OVERSEAS TRANSIT & CHARGES
We ship to most countries overseas. The shipping rates are dynamic which will be reflected at the time of order check out. We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.
RETURN OF SHIPMENTS
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Aaranya Silks. In case if return is accepted by us, the entire shipping cost must be borne by customers. Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
CONDITIONS
In case of extraordinary circumstances, Aaranya Silks cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
